A cable harness, also known as a wire harness cable assembly.

Wiring harness is an assembly of electrical cables or wires which transmit signals or electrical power. The cables are bound together by straps, cable ties, cable ties, sleeves & electrical tape.

Lighting System of a vehicle consists of lighting and signaling devices mounted to the front, rear, sides, and in some cases the top of a vehicle. This lights the roadway for the driver and increases the visibility of the vehicle, allowing other drivers and pedestrians to see a vehicle’s presence, position, size, direction of travel, and the driver’s intentions regarding direction and speed of travel.

Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning

BIW (Body In White) is a stage in automotive design and manufacturing. BIW refers to the body shell design of an automotive product such as cars. It is just a sheet metal welded structure before painting. BIW will not have doors, engines, chassis or any other moving parts.

Vehicle Integration Department responsible for complete vehicle layout, packaging, DMU analysis, design & development process for complete program of vehicle. Taking care about different parts, assemblies used in it including concept creation, packaging, product specification and target setting including cost structures, lifecycle product management, prototype development, and the role of the supplier.

Chassis :-

Chassis is the underpart of a motor vehicle, consisting of the frame (on which the body is mounted).

Overhead System :-

Overhead system parts means inner roof trim parts. Like modular headliner, substrate, sunvisors, lighted headliner, soft trim.

BIW Fixture Design means arrangement of fixture to hold two or more numbers of sheet metal parts or assembly before welding.
It is used for proper and accurate welding between two parts so that part will not loose its original shape and geometry. Will provide proper entry for welding robot.
